Model generation
Generation of genetically engineered cell line models
The development of a relevant model to address your request question is crucial, both for large scale screening and validation experiments. Our expert team can provide advice on and support with the generation and characterization of screening models, including induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) derived from patient materials (blood, urine and skin fibroblasts), mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells, and normal and cancer cell lines. In addition, ScreeninC has extensive experience with differentiation of iPSC and ES cells into multiple lineages and organoids.

In addition to introduction of CRISPR/Cas9 systems in these cell line models, ScreeninC can provide support with CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome engineering, including:
- Introduction of (inducible) Cas9
- Introduction of fluorescent reporters
- Generation of gene knockouts
- Introduction of degron domains
- Generation of iPSC models
