ScreeninC and the CRISPR platform at the Amsterdam University Medical Center (AUMC) co-organized a basic CRISPR course for PhD-students enrolled in the Oncology Graduate School in Amsterdam. The course spanned four days and included lectures and workshops on the design of gRNAs, generation and validation of gene knockouts, base editing, and CRISPR based screens, from design to data analysis.
